At JCR Ltd we are proud to offer our customers International Shipping all year round.

Shipping

We mainly use DHL & UPS tracked shipping for all of our courier services. Once your order has been made and paid for you will receive an approximate shipping date depending on the lead times of your orders production. If this lead-time changes we will be in touch to let you know.

We ship orders worldwide using DAP (Delivered at Place) (Incoterms® 2020) unless otherwise stated. Under DAP, we arrange and pay for the transportation of your order to the delivery destination specified at checkout.

Customs / Duties / Taxes

For all International orders, the customer (importer/recipient) is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or any other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated on our website.

We have no control over customs charges, as they are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure what fees may apply to your order.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused because the customer declines to pay customs duties, taxes, or other import related charges, any costs incurred by us, including return shipping, storage fees, customs charges, or carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customs Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import processing, or other actions by customs authorities. Delivery estimates do not include customs clearance times.

Accuracy of Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
