We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This return policy is for most products however, please see below the exceptions and non-refundable items.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and still in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated to shipping for any items returned within the 7 day period.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as our “lifestyle range” or custom products such as special orders. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item/s and confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
