Introduction

The 997 GT2 / RS is one of the most formidable 911’s produced even in stock form, however there is always room for improvements to be made, especially in the exhaust system. Our direct replacement exhaust components not only save weight and improve sound they also deliver solid performance gains without compromise in a direct replacement part with perfect fit.

Light Weight

Through the use of lightweight materials and clever design we have managed to significantly reduce the overall weight of the factory 997 GT2 / RS exhaust components.

Removing weight full stop carries great benefits in any performance vehicle however the gains are exaggerated on this platform, reducing the rear biased weight distribution helps to improve overall balance and handling.

Direct Replacement

All of the JCR 997 GT2 and GT2 RS Race Pipes are direct replacement for their OEM equivalents with guaranteed fit perfectly every time. No requirement for any further work during install beyond removing the OEM part and replacing with its JCR equivalent along with any supplied hardware.

Zero Silencers

The purpose of the JCR Titanium Race Pipe products for the 997 GT2 and GT2 RS models is to reduce weight whilst increasing power, torque and improving overall sound.

Our Non Silenced version of the centre section provides a nice increase in overall sound compared to the factory exhaust and includes a tuned central merge for improved exhaust scavenging effect and a smoother and more pleasant tone throughout the RPM range.

HJS 200 CEL Cat

The JCR Inconel Race Cat removed the restrictive factory catalyst and replaces it with a high flow HJS 200 Cel version. Flow is greatly improved and subsequently increased performance comes as a result. Our race cat versions require no tuning.

In certain instances it's still possible for a CEL to occur. This tends to be if the car has poor fuel quality in the tank or excess load is applied when the engine and exhaust system is not up to full operating temperature. With this in mind, we do not guarantee that there is no chance of a CEL with these parts installed however in our experience it’s extremely unlikely.

Power Increase

Every component of the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is guaranteed to improve HP & TQ with varying results dependant on the combination of parts. Our most extreme free flowing system will see gains in the mid 40HP range on this platform along with great improvements in engine response along with a big boost in mid range torque.
